Ice Wizard

The Ice Wizard is a legendary card similar with the Wizard. It deals splash damage to its target and slows their movement and attack speed. However, the Ice Wizard deals less damage.

Ice Wizard can be a great supportive troop in your deck. It only cost 3 elixirs, which is relatively cheap for its awesome feature.  It can easily kill low health swarm troops and slow down tanks before reaching the crown towers.  It can also slow down charging troops like Prince and Dark Prince. You can also reduce your opponents damage because of the slow attack speed effect that also works on towers.
