Barbarian Bowl cards (Arena 3)
You get access to another six cards reaching Barbarian Bowl, one of them being the Barbarians who are used in most decks. I will rank these six cards in order of how good I think they are. I use four tiers: great, good, ok, bad. I also write about which roles they fill and how to use them, so let’s get on with it.
X-Bow. Tier: Great Role: Single DPS, defensive Elixir: 6 Comments: This card can be so hard to deal with, as it has plenty of hp and a very long range. If not dealt with it can take out a tower in no time. |
Barbarians. Tier: Great Role: Single DPS Elixir: 5 Comments: This card gives you 4 units strong enough to survive arrows, very strong and used in most decks. |
Barbarian Hut. Tier: Good Role: Single DPS, defensive Elixir: 7 Comments: The barbarian hut spews out barbarians two at a time for one minute, strong card but quite expensive. |
Rocket. Tier: OK Role: Spell, splash Elixir: 6 Comments: OK spell, but there are better options in most decks. |
Rage. Tier: OK Role: Spell Elixir: 3 Comments: Increases troop movement and attack speed by 35%, sometimes useful. |
Cannon. Tier: Bad Role: Single DPS Elixir: 6 Comments: Horrible card, so many better options. |
One Comment
Note that the current Cannon is 3 elixirs, and that it’s used at high levels of play for some. It’s the cheapest in terms of stopping a Hog Rider and can be a good distraction for a few precious seconds. Best used defensively.
Barbarians are best countered with a combination of tank and a splash. Also, Bomb Tower can take out the Barbarian Horde himself!
